Middlesex FA are pleased to announce that Club Affiliation for 2021/22 will be available from Monday 30th May 2022.
With this in mind we have put together some information that will be useful in completing your club affiliation for 2022/23, provided below:
Please ensure you take the time to read through all the information provided.
Once the Club submits their Affiliation to Middlesex FA, this will then be reviewed. There are various checks that the staff will undertake before invoicing the Club. It is extremely important that the information provided in this form is as accurate and detailed as possible to avoid delays to your affiliation.
Only once invoiced and paid, will Club’s receive their affiliation number.
RAFFLE DRAW: We are delighted to offer TWENTY FIVE Clubs a “top up” footballs offer. All Clubs who become affiliated before the 31st July will be placed into a draw to win Match Balls during the season!

UEFA Women’s EURO Roadshow Coming to London
UEFA Women’s EURO 2022 will host a free national Roadshow that will showcase the best of football, fitness and music, providing families, fans and those that are yet to experience football with the opportunity to get involved in an unmissable tournament.
The Roadshow will come to London Potters Fields Park, 10:00-4:00pm, 2nd July 2022.

Women's walking football festival
As part of the UEFA Women's EURO Tournament coming to London, we are celebrating by hosting our own Women's walking football festival, we are encouraging teams from existing women's recreational session and clubs to participate. As well new groups coming together to participate!

Time Fixtures between 11-3pm
Location: Rectory Park Football Centre
Cost: FREE ENTRY
Level: Beginners & Intermediate groups

Miss Kick Foundation x Middlesex FA Legacy XI Ambassadors club visit
As part of the UEFA Women's EURO Tournament coming to London, we're providing opportunities to clubs and organisations across Brent, Ealing and Hounslow to have a visit from our Miss Kick Foundation x Middlesex FA Legacy XI ambassadors. We hope to visit clubs and have our ambassadors share their stories and experiences and inspire the next generation of footballers.

England Football Accreditation - Apply Now!
Following the recent introduction of the England Football Accredited Programme which replaces The FA Charter Standard Programme, we want to support your club to Apply For England Football Accreditation.
How can my Club apply?
Should you wish to apply, please visit your Club Portal where you can view your Club Dashboard and see if you meet the criteria to apply. Here you will also find a number of useful documents that you can adopt and submit as your own to support you with meeting the eligibility criteria. If you do not currently meet the criteria, but wish to work towards this, please let us know via firstname.lastname@example.org and we will work to support you through the process.

Coach Development Roadshow - Saturday 25th June 2022
We are delighted to confirm full details of our Coach Development Roadshow on Saturday 25th June 2022 at Middlesex FA HQ, Rectory Park, Ruislip Road, Northolt, UB5 6AU.
Join us as we host three Coach Development Events throughout the day to bring the following topics to life in a face to face environment. These events will be a mixture of theory & practical throughout the day:
- Why Our Players Play (9.30am - 11.30am) Find out more here.

Coaches can book on each session individually for £10 per event or attend all three sessions at the reduced rate of £25 for the full day. Refreshments will be provided throughout the day for all coaches who book onto this event.
