Again interested or have any suitable candidates for him his email is lfwalshe@hotmail.com

Assessing Co-ordinator – Jim Upfold
Jim has held this post for the Association for some time but he is always looking for more Assessors to help in the development of the Promotion Candidates, interested? Then please contact him via jimupfold@sky.com

Assessment Support – Andy Taylor
In order to assist Assessors with producing high-quality written reports, benefitting both promotion candidates and the Referees' Committee, a post has been created to review assessments, offer advice where necessary and generally offer support to Assessors with the production of their reports.

Promotion Support & Development Group Co-ordinator – Ray Herb
Ray will try and ensure that all promotion candidates complete the whole process and progress as referees.

The Development Group is a support structure for new referees that wish to progress their refereeing career prior to joining the promotion scheme.  Development Group members work with a mentor and will attend regular meetings to share best practice and knowledge with their peers.
