The mission of Middlesex FA is to Rebuild, Modernise and Grow the game for all, ensuring each and every person in Middlesex has the opportunity to get involved in football. For us to acheive our mission we aim to have the highest standards of governance in place across all our services. This includes having appropriate structures, policies and people, whilst ensuring we effectively communicate with all of our stakeholders.

Middlesex FA Strategy 2021-2024
In September 2021 then CEO, Leigh O'Connor launched Middlesex FA's Three Year Strategy at the Annual Awards Evening. Entitled, 'Leading From the Front'. This strategy lays out the goals of the Association over the 3 year period spanning 2021-2024. This season, 2023/24 is the final year of the strategy, with overviews of the progress through the first 2 seasons available within the Season Reviews for the respective seasons.
