Middlesex FA To Host Disability Talent Day

Middlesex FA is offering keen footballers with specific impairments the chance to become future England internationals.

The Football Association hold England Football Talent Days around the country each season for players to receive expertise coaching with support finding a grassroots team or identify a future Three Lions Para Footballer.

The event will run on Sunday 15th September from 11am to 2pm at Hampton School, Hanworth Road, Hampton, Middlesex, TW12 3HD, for 7-11 years-old and 12-16 years who have one of the following impairments: Amputee, Blind, Cerebral Palsy, Deaf and Partially Sighted.

The day will include an introduction from the FA Disability Talent Team and a presentation from an FA role model.

Following on from the presentation there will be a two-hour football session by Brentford FCCST coaches, which will consist of football activities and matches.

After the Talent Day, players will be signposted to either a grassroots or impairment specific team local to them, or invited to join the FA Regional Emerging Disability Talent Programme.
