Powerchair Football Taster Session in Middlesex

An opportunity to try Powerchair Football on offer to people within the county.

Middlesex FA, in partnership with the Wheelchair Football Association and Brentford FC Community Sports Trust, is pleased to announce the launch of a new Powerchair Football taster session, which is to take place on Tuesday 28 May.

This free session is open to ALL participants with a physical disability, both wheelchair and non-wheelchair users – and will provide a great opportunity to experience this exciting format of the game.

Taking place between 1.00pm and 4.00pm, the taster session will be hosted at Lampton School Sports Centre, Lampton Avenue, Hounslow (TW3 4EP) and is FREE to join!

Colin Williams, Football Development Officer at Middlesex FA, said: “We are delighted to start growing our impairment-specific disability offer across Middlesex and to continue to provide football opportunities for all. This dynamic and fast-paced game is really enjoyable to watch and the unique nature of Powerchair Football allows all ages, disabilities and genders to compete together.”
