From here, the winners will then proceed to the National Youth Futsal Festival in Birmingham over the weekend Saturday 24th June to Sunday 25th June.
If you are interested in entering a team into the Middlesex FA Futsal Festival please download and complete the attached application form and return to Jess.Williams@middlesexfa.com before Friday 31st March.
Please note: should your club choose to enter this competition it is essential that you contact your league directly to close the relevant date(s).
Please also be aware of the following relevant rule for the competition (below). With this in mind, any team that is granted entry must provide a squad list before the event to us in the office so we can check that no players have been involved in academy football this season (the squad form is also attached)
As in previous years the following rule is being enforced this season:
Players that have registered with FA Centres of Excellence or Academies at any time during the 2016/17 season shall not play in local youth leagues / festival as it is expected that all boys and girls will be participating in a full fixture programme. Therefore no boys or girls centre of excellence / academy players who have been registered at any point during the 2016/17 season are eligible to play in the youth festival either for a club or school
Following discussions with The FA and the change in the female talent pathway, the new Regional Talent Clubs are not permitted to participate in this year’s FA National Youth Futsal Festival.
