100FC Launches Across London
Middlesex FA IS excited to announce the launch of a cross-county female coaching programme, backed by significant investment from Wembley National Stadium Trust (WNST).
In line with The FA’s national strategy for women and girls’ football, which aims to double participation by 2020, we are leading the drive regionally, with a three-year project to recruit, develop and support 100 new female coaches per-year through a funded coaching pathway.
100FC is a coaching pathway programme for females (16+) across London; coaches will be supported with their first steps in coaching and receive ongoing support within their first two years of the programme programme (see graphic below for further details).
The programme aims to address the shortage of female coaches in the capital and to support the rapidly increasing player participation numbers with a ready, willing and able workforce who have been given the opportunity to flourish in a safe and developmental coaching environment.
HOW CAN I BE PART OF 100FC?
- Are you female?
- Aged 16 or over?
- A resident in a London borough or able to coach in a London borough?
- Do you wish to start or continue your coaching journey in a safe, developmental environment with the potential to benefit from a fully funded pathway?
If yes to all of the above, take your first steps and complete the application form here
