Middlesex FA Recruiting Independent Discipline Commission Members

Middlesex FA is looking for individuals with a passion for football governance to join as an independent member of our Discipline Commission.

Do you have a passion for Football Governance?

Have you ever considered becoming a Discipline Commission Panel Member?

Middlesex FA is currently recruiting independent members to form part of our discipline commission panels.

We are seeking to appoint individuals from the Middlesex football community, who do not currently have a role within the Middlesex FA Board or Council. This is to ensure Middlesex’s Discipline Panels are as independent and diverse as possible to better reflect the population of our county.

Whether you are a coach, player, league official, club official, referee or simply a fan of our beautiful game who has a passion for football governance, we would love to hear from you.

Discipline panels assess evidence to determine whether a charge is found proven or not proven. If a charge is found proven they then work within FA guidelines to impose a sanction.

Please note that whilst this is a voluntary role (travel expenses will be paid) you may be required to complete annual training and attend a minimum number of hearings each season to remain eligible to sit as a discipline commission panel member. Our hearings are generally held on weekdays (both daytime and evenings) but where possible we will also try to accommodate commissions via online webinar sessions during the day as and when required.

If you are interested and would like to apply for a position on the Panel, please email Kayleigh.Saunders@MiddlesexFA.com with the subject ‘Independent Panel Member Application’ to request an application pack.
