Two new club grants launched

Middlesex FA is launching two grants to help support clubs to complete Charter Standard Accreditation in 2018.

Middlesex FA is launching two grants to help support clubs to complete Charter Standard Accreditation in 2018.   

On average, adult Charter Standard Clubs retain a higher number of players and teams than non-Charter Standard adult clubs, with 72% of clubs also believing their club is more sustainable due to being Charter Standard Accredited. 

New Charter Standard Clubs

To help clubs become Charter Standard Accredited we are offering any new applicants discounts on the qualifications team officials need to be able to complete the accreditation.

  • FA Safeguarding and Emergency Aid Courses - £10 per person
  • Level 1 Course Discount – small number of discounted places available

Deadline for grant and Charter Standard applications is 31st May 2018. Clubs will only be considered for this funding if they apply for Charter Standard Accreditation.

Existing Charter Standard Clubs

To support your club to retain the Charter Standard Accreditation or grow your club, we are offering grants of up to £250 per club. Funding can be used towards retrospective courses completed for your 2017/18 annual health check, towards courses for your 2018/19 annual health check, courses to grow teams or recruiting new participants.

Deadline for applications is Friday 9th February 2018 and clubs must have completed their annual health check.
