The new Middlesex FA Girls' Cups replace the previous Capital Girls' Cups competitions following the growth of the Girls' game during The FA's Gameplan For Growth between 2017 - 2020.

The Girls' U18 Cup is open to all under 18 girls' teams affiliated to the Association.
