Developing on the Pitch 

Join us on Tuesday 18th April 2023 at Middlesex FA HQ, Rectory Park Ruislip Road, Northolt, UB5 6AU (7.00pm – 9.00pm) as Danny Fenner (Diversity & Inclusion Officer, The FA) delivers a face to face session on Developing on the Pitch. This event will be a mixture of theory & practical utilising a Middlesex FA England Football Accredited club for the practical aspects of the session.

What can coaches expect to take away?

Considering your coaching across three key areas:
o Know your Players and how to motivate them appropriately.
o Know the Game and how to get the balance right between realism and repetition. 
o Know Yourself and how to consider the impact of your coaching behaviours and interventions upon your players.

England Football Learing CPD Courses for the 2022/23 Season

How to Observe and Manage Difference (webinar) – Wednesday 5th April 2023 (7.30pm start)

Join Andy Somers (National Coach Development Lead), Rosi Webb (Women's High Performance Coach Developer) and Vinny Halsall (Regional PE & Coaching in Education Manager) as they share their expertise and insight on this live webinar,  'How to Observe and Manage Difference’.

They will reflect on and discuss a variety of ways to support player development and how you can bring these ideas into your own environment. They will cover:

  *   The importance of knowing your players' individual needs and capabilities
  *   The importance of understanding the STEP Principles
  *   How to put it all together with relevant practice design that allows you to observe and manage difference
