Developing on the Pitch
Join us on Tuesday 18th April 2023 at Middlesex FA HQ, Rectory Park Ruislip Road, Northolt, UB5 6AU (7.00pm – 9.00pm) as Danny Fenner (Diversity & Inclusion Officer, The FA) delivers a face to face session on Developing on the Pitch. This event will be a mixture of theory & practical utilising a Middlesex FA England Football Accredited club for the practical aspects of the session.
What can coaches expect to take away?
• Considering your coaching across three key areas:
o Know your Players and how to motivate them appropriately.
o Know the Game and how to get the balance right between realism and repetition.
o Know Yourself and how to consider the impact of your coaching behaviours and interventions upon your players.
