We are a well-established grassroots football club, looking for coaches. LTFA is based at Middlesex FA HQ, at Rectory Park, Sport Facility, Ruislip Rd, Northolt, UB5 5FA. We train kids from age 4-14, Full training will be given. We are looking for coaches to join our Development Groups Training Sessions. This is the place to gain experience.

Requirements minimum: 
Qualified Coach Level 1

Acton Ealing Whistlers Football Club is now recruiting male and female coaches on a voluntary basis to support the fast-growing growth of females in football.

About us:

We are an established FA charter standard grassroots football club run entirely by volunteers based in Ealing West London. Our teams compete in the Harrow Youth League, Harrow Soccer Combination and Capital Girls League. We have recently established a men’s adult football team. We are also partnering with the cross-county football 100 FC scheme which encourages the participation of females and runs coaching programmes exclusively for females who want to get in to coaching.

Promoting some of our core values such as supporting wellbeing, healthy lifestyle, community inclusivity, life skills and teamwork, all conducted in a safe, fun and friendly environment. We provide community football to every child regardless of their ability, they just have to love and want to be involved in the beautiful game.

No experience required.

Must be reliable & punctual.

Be a role model and mentor to the players.

Being part of a community-based team.

Desire and commitment to individual/team development & growth.

Must complete FA Playmaker online training.

Must be willing to complete FA introduction to coaching football. New FA level one coaching badge. (The club will fully support).

Desirables:

FA level 1 or 2 coaching badges.

Experience of coaching & managing a women’s adult team.

Training & Match:

Tuesday - Training.

Saturday/Sunday TBC - Competitive match.

What we provide:

The club will be fully committed to support you on your coaching journey whether you have started or about to start your coaching journey.

The club will provide training equipment for the team and team clothing for the coaches. We also provide a coaches information pack giving you more details about the club and your role. You will receive support from a designated mentor and the clubs head coach.

Further Notes:

Successful candidates must complete an enhanced DBS check and the following mandatory FA courses which the club will fully support you to obtain.

FA Safeguarding children online training.

FA Introduction to first aid in football.

Kids Works Soccer School

Kids Works was one of the first independent companies back in 1991 to offer a programme of fun, structured football skills for primary school children. We are well established and respected and provide opportunities for all level of ability, aiming to encourage children to experience a range of learning opportunities in football both in terms of skill training and match play for boys and girls. Sessions take place on Saturday mornings (term-time).

We are currently looking to appoint a Football coach to start in January. The applicant should be reliable, energetic, enthusiastic and passionate, to help deliver our highly successful programme. Training will be given with the younger age group. 

Essential Requirements 

FA Level 1, (now Introduction to football) or above Qualification.

A current DBS. This may be obtained through us.

Current Safeguarding Certificate

Some previous experience coaching football, or sports to young primary children.

Job Purpose

Deliver a high quality and fun sport and activity sessions for adults experiencing mental health challenges.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

1. To facilitate and deliver sport and well-being activities

2. Inspire and motivate individuals to have fun and socialise when playing sport to improve their mental health.

3. Be committed to good practice and ensure familiarity with all Sport in Mind policies and procedures (e.g. health and safety, confidentiality and safeguarding).

4. Ensure the highest level of safeguarding is adhered to and risk assessments are followed.

5. Undertake administrative tasks – participant forms, registers, data collection, online data systems.

6. Promote equality and diversity in all aspects of your work by developing and maintaining relationships, ensuring that colleagues are treated fairly and with respect/dignity.
