Ashford Town (Middlesex) Ladies - Coaches

Ashford Town (Middlesex) Ladies are searching for passionate approachable and dedicated coaches who are looking to work in Girls’ or Women’s football.

Our plan as a club is to expand the club with players and dedicated coaches in the coming seasons to allow for the club to have a successful pathway into the senior ladies team.

We are searching for a number of coaches for the following age groups:

  • U13s
  • Ashford Town (Middlesex) Ladies 'B Team'

Ideally, we require two coaches per age group for the 2018-19 season in which all coaches from the youth to the senior setup will consistently come together and meet once a month for in-house continued personal development.

The U13s will be playing in the Capital Girls League next season and will run open training practices from now and throughout the summer where tournaments and friendlies will be played during the off season period.

The Ashford Town (Middlesex) Ladies 'B Team' will be competing in the Greater London Women's Football League Division 3, training with the first team twice a week as well as play their matches every Sunday.

The club will provide facilities, kit and equipment for all coaches as well training kit  and match day kit for all players.

The club will cover costs, in full, for coaches looking to get into football coaching, for their FA Level 1 or 2 and their DBS check.

The successful youth coaches will be expected to attend all matches on Saturdays and run an hour and a half training session one day a week. This will be on a day that the Senior Ladies’ teams also train .
