Vacancy: Middlesex FA Chief Executive Officer

Middlesex Football Association seeks a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to be responsible and accountable for the day-to-day running of the Association a

The successful applicant will be fully responsible for Middlesex FA, managing a full-time team of staff, be responsible for increasing the profile of the Association and for delivering plans and strategies to meet the key priorities and targets of the organisation, for increasing participation at all levels of the grassroots game, in addition to the running of the game itself, which includes discipline, MFA cup competitions, rules and regulations.

The role will involve collaborative working.  The Association works closely with a range of partners; the successful applicant will be expected to continue and improve these relationships and forge further ones with new partners to increase MFA income streams.

The applicant will be expected to provide the leadership, personality and skills to take the Middlesex Football Association forward in the exciting phase of its development with a move to new Headquarters due in 2018. 

The role would suit somebody with a track record of strategic management and/or experience of managing change, as well as an understanding of and passion for our national game.

Salary: Circa £44k
