The successful candidates responsibilities will be divided into three key areas: Office Operations (including managing and leading governance and designing and developing new services), Sanctions (leading and managing sanctioning, affiliation and registration processes) and Discipline (managing disciplinary processes).

Reporting directly into the Chief Executive, the successful candidate will have knowledge of FA Rules and Regulations, the grassroots football infrastructure and experience in an administration role. Management experience, experience of working with partner organisations and volunteers is advantageous.
