Middlesex FA is welcoming applications for the post of Head of Football Services and Head of Participation & Development.

Theses fantastic opportunities offer the right candidates the chance to form part of our team, based at Rectory Park, Ruislip Road, Northolt.

Head of Football Services

As Head of the Football Services Team, the main purpose of the role is as follows,

  • To support delivery of The National Game Strategy and the Middlesex FA Business Strategy.
  • To lead on all aspects relation to football governance, discipline and regulation.
  • To assist in the efficient running of the Football Services department
  • To contribute to the effective implementation of The FA’s Safeguarding Operating Standard for County FAs
  • To support the adoption of FA technology systems across grassroots football
  • To comply with FA rules, regulations, policies, procedures and guidance that are in place from time to time.

As Head of the Participation and Development Team, the main purpose of the role is as follows,

  • To support delivery of The FA Grassroots Football Strategy and the Middlesex FA Business Strategy.
  • To provide strategic direction to the Participation & Development department.
  • To identify and activate priority projects for Football Foundation investment via Local Football Facility Plans.
  • To protect existing facilities from planning application.
  • To contribute to the effective implementation of The FA’s Safeguarding Operating Standard for County FAs.
  • To support the adoption of FA technology systems across grassroots football.
  • To comply with FA rules, regulations, policies, procedures and guidance that are in place from time to time.
