HELP SHAPE FOOTBALL

Middlesex FA Transition Festival

Are you a youth team planning to move into open aged football? Or an adult team looking to improve links with youth teams? Join our transition festival!

We understand its been a very difficult couple of years for clubs, and young players might need some support before going into open aged football. We are running a transition festival where we invite along youth teams (with players aged 16+) to play against open aged teams. This will be in an environment where they can understand the differences in the game and be able to make mistakes without negative consequences. We will also invite adult teams from local areas to the youth clubs so that they can create a longer-term pathway if they would like to.

England Football Accredited Leagues and England Football Accredited Clubs set the standards, raise the bar and fly the flag of respect and diversity for football in England.

Being Accredited helps you attract players, coaches, and volunteers - with tailored support to build the strong, sustainable, successful league or club you want to be.

Existing FA Charter Standard Leagues and Clubs will automatically become an England Football Accredited League or England Football Accredited Club.

Over the coming months, in partnership with The FA, we will prepare you for the opportunities ahead.

SPRING CLEAN!?

With Player Registration on The FA’s Player Registration Portal becoming mandatory from season 2021/2022, why not get ahead of the game?

Get Organised! Whether you have used the system before or not, Middlesex FA strongly encourage all Clubs to log on (clubs.thefa.com) and clean up the data. Therefore, remove those players that no longer play for your Club.

To assist the transition, The FA have released Club Training on the New Portal to watch at your leisure!

Are you thinking of running a Tournament this Summer?

Did you know that if you run a tournament, and you don’t sanction with your Local County FA, your insurance, and those of the Clubs and Match Officials taking part would be invalid?

Summer Tournaments are common practice for Clubs to host, especially during the off-season. Middlesex FA have provided you with everything you need to get your tournament sanctioned. All the forms are editable and can be downloaded and saved to your computer before they are returned to us, making the process a lot easier for the tournament organisers to complete.
