Applications are welcome from various facets of the game in the County. This will include players, coaches, referees, administrators – in fact anyone who is involved with the game!

The membership of this group will also reflect the diversity within our County, as the Council will be representing the interests of young people of both genders and various ethnicities, faiths, nationalities, the LGBT community and also those with disabilities.

The Council  will meet regularly (possibly bi-monthly)  each season to support the Middlesex FA in delivering its County Plan and will play an important role in delivering the plan as well as challenging and overseeing its outcomes as far as young people are concerned.

Individuals elected to the Group will require the appropriate skills, knowledge and experience to have a positive and meaningful impact.  Please note that the posts are available to volunteers only (i.e. there is no salary involved) who will be entitled to claim reasonable travelling expenses, etc.

If you are passionate about football in Middlesex, can inspire people at all levels to change and reward those who make Grassroots football in Middlesex such a success, then we would like to hear from you.

In return for you contributing your time and experience in football with us, we will support your development and each member of the Youth Council will have their own personal development plan. Senior members of the MFA Development staff will assist you in achieving positive personal outcomes.
