The Middlesex County FA is again calling on everyone involved in local football to tell us how they feel about the state of the game.

We are working with The Football Association to gauge how people feel about grassroots football through a short survey.

It only takes a couple of minutes to complete the survey and your views will help to shape the development of our game now and in the future!

In our last survey, 73% of people involved in the game thought the Middlesex FA does a good job in developing grassroots football and we are asking the whole of the football family to tell us how they currently feel about the current state of the game.
