Middlesex FA are pleased to offer a support system for newly qualified female coaches and or referees. As part of our female game structure within the county we offer several opportunities for newly qualified individuals to access the support and guidance required. The programme differs slightly for coaches and referees and is also varied pending the level of your qualification so each programme will be individually tailored however each programme will include the following aspects:

Support and guidance with session planning Access to opportunities to observe qualified coaches in action Opportunities to deliver sessions and receive informal feedback Support with finding local coaching opportunities Access to Middlesex FA CPD opportunities Support with locating a peer support group Support with development an individual development plan	Support with finding games to referee your initial 6 matches Support and guidance from mentors who provide feedback Support with locating a peer support group Support with accessing local leagues. Support to produce an individual development plan
