If your availability does change after the booking is made let us know as soon as possible, you will not be able to make up this date outside of your normal course dates and would need to re-book your course.

The course opened my eyes to potential issues that might arise and gave me more confidence in how to address them. It also confirmed that I am conducting myself in the appropriate manner and am using best practice.
