The FA Developing Coaches Through Mentoring Course
- Identify the core skills needed to build rapport and develop key relationships ensuring that the coaches needs are met within a safe environment
- Demonstrate a coach-centred approach, understanding the importance of enhanced observation skills and its link in delivering constructive feedback to coaches
- Develop the key mentoring skill of reflective practice to help establish an open and vibrant learning environment
- Identify how a coach’s needs, strengths and areas of development link to their environment, practice and interventions
Learners are required to attend all dates and times associated to the course they have booked onto. Failure to attend all dates and times will result in non-qualification and individuals will need to book and pay to attend the course again in full to become certificated.

Picking The Best Dates
When picking the perfect course for you, make sure that you find one that you can attend every session. If you book onto a course, that is made up of dates that you cannot attend you may lose your place and course fees.
If your availability does change after the booking is made let us know as soon as possible, you will not be able to make up this date outside of your normal course dates and would need to re-book your course.
