When? Thursday 18th and 25th February, Thursday 4th and 11th March
Time: 6:30pm (warm up) 7:00pm (actual test).
Where? Perivale Park Athletic Track, Stockdove Way, Perivale UB6 8TJ.
What is it? The Fitness Test is a 12 minute continuous run where you must cover a minimum distance of 2,500 metres (6¼ laps of a running track) and then 2 x 50 metre sprints each one in less than 7.5 seconds
Although aimed at Promotion Candidates if you would like to have a go at the Test please contact the County Fitness Co-ordinator (Isaac Jempeji izzijem-mcfafc@yahoo.co.uk) to reserve a place.
Please note these is a charge for use of the Track (it was £2.40 last year)
