Criminal Records Bureau

The FA believes that football should be safe and enjoyable for all children and utilises Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) checks to help in this process.

If you wish to begin the process of obtaining an FA CRB disclosure or to discuss the procedure in further detail then please contact Ray Herb via ray.herb@middlesexfa.com.

Further information can also be found using the links on the right of this page or via www.TheFA.com.
